These are the hours we answer the phone and schedule work. Outside them, book a time through the site and we will see it in the morning.

We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:30. We do not run an out of hours callout service, so we would rather tell you that plainly than have you wait on a Sunday evening for a reply that is not coming.
For everything else
Send a service request and tell us what is going on. Include the address and a phone number we can reach you on. Photographs help, and you can email those.
If you have a list rather than a single job, send the whole list. Getting through it in one visit is usually cheaper than dealing with it a piece at a time.
We will contact you to confirm a time. If you tell us a time that suits you, we will do our best to work with it, but we will always confirm with you rather than booking you in automatically. We would rather commit to a time we can make.
