Most households have a list. A sticking door, a loose railing, a cracked tile, a sprinkler head that sprays the pavement, a fence board that has worked loose, a cabinet that no longer closes flush.
Individually none of them is worth arranging a visit for. Together they are half a day, and getting through the whole list at once is usually cheaper than dealing with them one at a time.
