Most of the work in a floor that lasts happens before the first board goes down. Subfloor preparation, levelling and moisture are what decide whether a floor is still flat in five years.
We will tell you honestly if the subfloor needs attention first. It is not the answer anyone wants, and it is cheaper than laying twice.
