Electrical repairs

Fixture and device level electrical work: replacing worn light switches, fitting dimmer switches, swapping tired or damaged outlets, installing GFCI outlets where a kitchen or bathroom needs them, replacing thermostats, and installing ceiling fans.

This is replacement and repair work on existing circuits. New circuits, panel upgrades and rewiring are the work of an electrical contractor, and we will tell you when that is what a job actually needs.

Landlords: GFCI coverage and working smoke detectors are the two things that come up most often at inspection, and both are quick to put right between tenants.
